We want you to be totally satisfied with your Libratone product.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product for an exchange or a refund, provided you do this within 30 days of receipt of your order and the newly purchased item is in the original packaging.

1. Make sure that your purchase is within the applicable 30-day free return period.

2. Open the product box and retrieve your prepaid return label.

3. Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the box your device came with. 

4. Drop off the box at your local FedEx location.
