We want you to be totally satisfied with your Libratone product.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product for an exchange or a refund, provided you do this within 30 days of receipt of your order and the newly purchased item is in the original packaging.

Please note that returns are only accepted for items purchased online directly from Libratone.com.  If you have purchased your item from one of our retail partners, please contact that dealer directly to arrange for an exchange or a refund.


1. Make sure that your purchase is within the applicable 30-day free return period.

2. Make sure you have the following:

  • An email address to be used for confirmation and status change notification.
  • A printer for printing the delivery note which must accompany your product for identification.
  • Order number and proof of purchase from your purchase on Libratone.com.

3. Create a ticket – which is a very process and only takes a few minutes. Press the Start button below to begin. Please make sure to print your receipt and send it along with the product.
