We want you to be totally satisfied with your Libratone product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product for an exchange or a refund, provided you do this within 30 days of receipt of your order and the newly purchased item is in the original packaging.
Please note that returns are only accepted for items purchased online directly from Libratone.com. If you have purchased your item from one of our retail partners, please contact that dealer directly to arrange for an exchange or a refund.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Make sure that your purchase is within the applicable free 30-day return period
2. Include all order details such as contact information and order number with your return
3. Attach the Libratone issued pre-paid shipping label to the original product packaging
4. We'll credit your account once the return is processed through our warehouse
- Your speaker must be returned in its original packaging
- You must use the Libratone issued pre-paid return label for all returns
