RETAIL SPECIALIST, GERMANY
Libratone is a new innovative audio company based in Denmark
and USA. We ride the wave of people "consuming" music the new way,
via iPhones/iPads/iPods and computers, instead of old school bulky
stereo sets with big cabinets and lots of cables. Libratone
enriches the world with high-end active loudspeakers with wireless
technology. Our products and concept have created great interest
across the globe. Apple Retail Stores, Apple Premium Resellers,
Design Concept Stores and HiFi/AV retailers are our primary sales
channels. Libratone is expanding rapidly and our growth will
continue over the next years fuelled by new innovative products and
distribution channels.
The position
With reference to the country sales manager you will be an
important part of our European sales team and responsible for
training and inspiring our retail customers and implementing our
retail business strategy through our distribution network and
retail partners in Germany. You will establish long-term
relationships with partner stores in an environment closely
associated to Apple products and modern interior design stores.
Key responsibilities
- Inspire retail store sales teams to provide a compelling
customer experience.
- Execute strategies for building long-lasting business
relationships with partner stores.
- Establish, coordinate and deliver business workshops and events
in partner stores.
- Drive training and development initiatives for partners.
- Secure high sales out numbers in partner stores with your
activities and make Libratone products the number one selling
wireless speaker in your area.
Extensive travelling to partner stores in your geographical area
is required.
Your qualifications
As a person you're open and friendly and you enjoy meeting new
people and building relationships with customers and sharing
knowledge.
- You have a proven track record of managing and driving sales
through retail stores.
- You are a natural-born communicator, fluent in your local
language and English.
- You have a passion for Apple products, music, gaming and
interior design.
- You have broad technical understanding.
- You are a great motivator and focused on sales and on creating
outstanding results.
- You have a college degree or equivalent education.
