COUNTRY SALES MANAGER, BENELUX
Libratone is a new innovative audio company based in Denmark
and USA. We ride the wave of people "consuming" music the new way,
via iPhones/iPads/iPods and computers, instead of old school bulky
stereo sets with big cabinets and lots of cables. Libratone
enriches the world with high-end active loudspeakers with wireless
technology. Our products and concept have created great interest
across the globe. Apple Retail Stores, Apple Premium Resellers,
Design Concept Stores and Hi-Fi/AV retailers are our primary sales
channels. Libratone is expanding rapidly and our growth will
continue over the next years fuelled by new innovative products and
distribution channels.
The position
With reference to our European sales director you will be an
important part of our European sales team and responsible for
leading and implementing our retail business strategy through our
partners in Benelux. You will drive revenue generation through
effective account management and continuous sales growth through
our distribution partners and retail channels. Furthermore you will
facilitate and oversee training of store sales teams at our retail
partners to improve sales. You will establish long-term
relationships with distribution and retail partners in an
environment closely associated to Apple products and modern
interior design stores.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative strategies for building
long-lasting business relationships with distributors and partner
stores.
- Develop and implement effective business plans and achieve
performance goals.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives for
partners.
- Manage and develop Retail Specialists and other future sales
related Libratone staff in your country.
Your qualifications
As a person you're open and friendly, but with a strong mind and
you enjoy meeting new people and building relationships with
customers.
- You've led high-performing retail sales teams and have a proven
track record of managing and driving sales through retail stores.
You've enjoyed sales success at a district or regional level
through active account management.
- You are a natural-born communicator and you are fluent in your
country's language and English.
- You have a passion for Apple products, music, and interior
design.
- You have broad technical understanding.
- You have a college degree or equivalent education.
