When making an enquiry, please provide us with as much as you can of the following information:

  • The nature of your problem.

  •  Libratone speaker model (Beat/Live/Lounge).
    Check the label at the bottom of the speaker if you're in doubt.

  • Libratone speaker serial number.
    The number is located on a label at the bottom of the speaker.

  • Any iOS playing devices in use (iPad/iPhone/iPod touch) and their software versions.
    Check iOS version on your device.

  • Any Mac or PC playing devices in use and their operating system versions.
    Check operating system version on your computer.

  • Your WiFi router (brand, model number and firmware version).

  • The color of the signal in the LED nightingale speaker button.
