can of the following information:

Check the label at the bottom of the speaker if you're in
doubt.

Libratone speaker serial number.
The number is located on a label at the bottom of the
speaker.

Any iOS playing devices in use (iPad/iPhone/iPod touch) and
their software versions.
Check iOS version on your device.

Any Mac or PC playing devices in use and their operating system
versions.
Check operating system version on your computer.

Your WiFi router (brand, model number and firmware version).

The color of the signal in the LED nightingale speaker
button.
